The Met Gala is fashion’s actual night out as designers and celebrities come together to kick off the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s yearly Costume Institute exhibit. This year’s theme, Punk: Chaos to Couture, brought the stars out in their own personal interpretations of the rocker aesthetic. Let’s see who got in the spirit, who brought it, and who tried their best to no avail. And the last shall be first… Beyoncé, one of the event’s chairs, arrived later in the evening, retroactively setting a tone of fabulosity in this custom Givenchy printed gown and thigh high boots.
